从人与人相连接,到万物互联,网络技术的演进正在给人类社会带来巨大变革。百度推出自动驾驶计划、阿里探索无人零售、腾讯聚焦人工智能……中国互联网协会理事长、中国工程院院士邬贺铨在今年召开的中国互联网产业年会上谈到,互联网企业瞄准新技术和新场景纷纷做了重大的战略调整,布局未来更大的发展空间。在新技术发展的推动下,我国明确了发展下一代互联网的战略目标和时间表,着力推进网络强国战略,互联网发展进入新时代。如果说互联网让人与人的沟通不再受时空限制,那么物联网则让物物相连成为现实,从人与人,到人与物,再到物与物,万物互联时代正在来临。如何解决以移动物联网为代表的下一代互联网发展中的问题?网络技术是否会和AI技术进行深度结合从而推动下一代互联网的发展?下一代互联网的推进将给科学研究产业发展带来哪些新机遇,又会给社会生活带来哪些新图景?本次论坛将邀请相关领域专家就这些问题进行深入探讨。

罗军舟,东南大学计算机科学与工程学院教授、院长,江苏省网络与信息安全重点实验室主任。IEEE CSCWD技术委员会主席、国务院学位委员会计算机科学与技术学科评议组成员、CCF网络与数据通信专委会主任、教育部计算机类专业教学指导委员会委员和国家重点研发计划“云计算和大数据”项目首席科学家。获得国家科技进步二等奖1项、教育部和江苏省科技进步一等奖4项、江苏省教学成果一等奖1项。

蒋洪波,2008年毕业于美国凯斯西储大学,获计算机科学博士学位,ACM高级会员,IEEE高级会员,CCF杰出会员。目前为湖南大学“岳麓学者”特聘教授,信息科学与工程学院博士生导师并担任院长助理。研究方向为移动计算和无线网络,在IEEE/ACM Transactions期刊发表论文45篇,国际会议ACM MOBICOM论文2 篇、ACM SIGMETRICS论文1篇、ACM CoNEXT论文1篇、IEEE INFOCOM论文10 篇等。受邀担任国际期刊IEEE/ACM Transactions on Networking的编委和国际期刊IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing的编委。

Title: An Online Learning Approach to Network Application Optimization with Guarantee
Abstract: Network application optimization is essential for improving the performance of the application as well as its user experience. The network application parameters are crucial in making proper decisions for network application optimizations. However, many existing works are impractical by assuming a priori knowledge of the parameters which are usually unknown and need to be estimated. In this work, we first propose a novel online learning framework for network application optimizations with guarantee.
Biography: John C.S. Lui is currently the Choh-Ming Li Chair Professor in the CSE Department at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and the Associate Dean of Research at the College of Engineering at CUHK. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from UCLA. His current research interests are in network sciences with large data implications, machine learning on large data analytics, network/system/mobile security, network economics, large scale distributed systems and performance evaluation theory. He is Fellow of ACM, Fellow of IEEE.

Title: Privacy-Preserving Service Matching for Large Scale Data in Public Cloud Platforms
Abstract: As smart phones and other mobile devices are popularly used nowadays, users can use mobile phone to subscribe services, as well as publish services they would like to offer. There are many platforms to facilitate users to publish or subscribe their services over the Internet. We present pRide: a privacy-preserving online ride-hailing system. With pRide, both riders and taxis submit their encrypted location information to the server, and the server is able to match a rider with its closest taxi without learning any location information of either riders or the taxis.
Biography: Xiaohua Jia received his BSc (1984) and MEng (1987) from University of Science and Technology of China, and DSc (1991) in Information Science from University of Tokyo. He is currently Chair Professor with Dept of Computer Science at City University of Hong Kong. His research interests include cloud computing and distributed systems, computer networks, and mobile wireless networks. He is Fellow of IEEE.

报告题目:高性能网络的若干关键技术
报告摘要:云计算、移动计算、大数据、人工智能的火热得益于计算能力、网络能力的发展,也对网络技术,特别是高性能网络技术提出新的挑战。本报告主要阐述在当前背景下,高性能网络技术研究中面临的新型网络体系结构、AI技术在网络领域应用、高性能网络处理器体系结构、内容深度处理技术等关键技术问题。
报告人简介:苏金树,国防科技大学教授,博士生导师,国防科大网络空间学科带头人,“网络技术”国家级创新团队带头人,国防重大基础研究(973)项目首席科学家,某网络系统总设计师、银河/天河计算机系统副总设计师。在高性能路由器和网络安全方面,做出系统性和创造性贡献,带领团队先后研制了三代代表国家水平的高性能路由器,四代代表国家水平的网络安全监管设备。作为首要完成人获国家科技进步二等奖4项。在高性能计算的网络系统方面,作为主要完成人,获国家科技进步特等奖1项,国家科技进步一等奖3项。获得授权发明专利 32 项,在SCI/EI/一级学科刊物/等发表学术论文 160 余篇。
